At BotOn, we offer mobility solutions for companies that want to optimize their mobility performance.

We’re currently growing, hiring new talent. We need help, and we want to hire a Senior Business Developer to join our team.

We are looking for Managers of One: people that come up with their own goals and work on them. They don’t need constant check-ins. They do what a manager would do — set the tone, assign items, know what needs to get done, etc.

Business Developer nowadays could mean anything. And you know it. What we mean by business developer is a person that’s not scared of building a strong relationship with current/potential clients while is handling other operations tasks. An all-terrain person.

If you consider yourself a learner, a thoughtful, kind, supportive person, you might fit in here.

What it’s like to work here

We’ve an office in Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain but we work from home (or whatever you want) 99% of the time. We will give you the tools and resources to make a healthy environment where you can focus on doing your work.

We work within the mobility sector, so if you have experience in the mobility, automotive and fleet management and also have experience in sales and operations department of software or geolocation services, we could be a perfect match for each other.

We have to work with OEMs, dealerships, transportation companies, insurtech, fintech, energy companies or large corporate fleet that will allow you to grow your mobility expertise, as well as to improve the way we move making a safer and a cleaner world.

We encourage everyone to have their own voice. None of us are right all the time, and we need to hear when we are wrong.

What skills do you need

For this job we are looking for a business developer with a great automotive past and also with a great software sales experience.

Any background on this field will be awesome, but please, don’t be afraid of contacting us if you have not experience with it.
